This Privacy Policy describes how Futurist IP, an Ontario corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use ExamPat (the “Service”), available at exampat.com. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use. We are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

  • Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and job title.
  • Payment information: If you purchase a paid subscription, payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number or banking details. We may receive limited billing information (such as the last four digits of your card and billing address) from the payment processor for record-keeping and support purposes.
  • Communications: If you contact us, we may collect the content of your messages and any information you choose to provide.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and search queries.
  • Device information: We may collect information about the device and browser you use to access the Service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information.

11. Do Not Track

The Service does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals. There is no uniform standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, so we do not alter our data collection and use practices based on such signals.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
